創業資歷Experience

我於 2016 年創業，投入網站架設領域已有 10 年經驗。現在主要經營的公司是修煉有意思股份有限公司。 I founded my company in 2016 and have spent 10 years in the web development industry. The company I run today is Powerhouse Co. LTD.

多元背景Broad background

除了網站架設，我本身也做過電商、線上課程及各類行銷代操，具備完整的網路事業實戰經驗，不只懂技術，也懂客戶真正要的是什麼。 Beyond building websites, I have personally run e-commerce businesses, online courses, and full-service marketing campaigns. I understand not only the technology, but what clients actually need.

公司目前共 11 位夥伴，其中 4 位為工程部同仁，其餘為綜合型營運與支援人員。 11 people in total — 4 in engineering, the rest in operations and client support.

既有規模Existing scale

在今年以前，我們長期深耕 WordPress 網站代管服務，累計代管約 4,000 個網站。 Until this year, our core business was WordPress website hosting and management. We have managed approximately 4,000 websites to date.

為了大幅降低成本、替經銷商保留充足的利潤空間，我們沒有採用 GCP 或 AWS 等現成雲端平臺，而是購置自有硬體設備，進駐臺灣上市公司「是方電訊」的 IDC 機房。 To dramatically reduce costs and preserve healthy margins for our resellers, we do not rely on off-the-shelf cloud platforms such as GCP or AWS. Instead, we purchased our own hardware and colocated it at the IDC facility of Chief Telecom (是方電訊), a publicly listed Taiwanese company.

經銷商管理後臺The reseller console

這是我們自己與經銷商共同使用的平臺，經銷商可以在上面： This is the platform we and our resellers use day to day. Within it, a reseller can:

• 自由開設任何一個新的網站服務Provision any new website service freely
• 為該服務自行定價Set their own pricing for that service
• 產生付款連結讓客戶付款Generate a payment link for the end customer

客戶購買網站後，也能在同一個後臺看到自己的網站與歷史付款紀錄。 After purchasing, the customer can log into the same console to view their website and their full payment history.

這些網站全部都是「用講的」就可以做到：有些是設計師有出 Figma 設計稿，有些則完全是用講的。像我自己的官網，就是丟給 AI 一些參考網站，然後全部用講的講出來，我自己沒有寫一行程式碼。 Every one of these websites was built simply by describing what was wanted. Some started from a designer's Figma file; others were created purely through conversation. My own company website was built by giving the AI a few reference sites and describing the rest out loud — I did not write a single line of code.

而且，經過我們培訓的經銷商，現在也都已經有能力自己完成一個網站——下列案例中有一部分就是經銷商自己透過 AI 完成的，而且都有真實在營運、真實在接收訂單與出貨。 Our trained resellers can now build complete websites on their own. Several of the cases below were built by resellers themselves using AI, and all of them are genuinely operating — taking real orders and shipping real products.

以下站台目前仍掛在我們平臺的暫時子網域（*.zenbu.space），網站本身已建置完成、功能正常運作，只是尚未切換到客戶的正式網域。待客戶完成驗收後，即會正式切換上線。 The sites below still run on temporary subdomains of our platform (*.zenbu.space). The websites themselves are fully built and functioning; they simply have not been switched over to the client's own domain yet. Once the client signs off on final acceptance, each will go live on its permanent domain.
